At PartCatalog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
